Positive: Kerri-Ann and Steve met us on arrival and showed us to the apartment. The apartment was more than we expected, clean and comfortable. We all loved the cake Kerri-Ann left us in the apartment on arrival. We would highly recommend to our friends and family to stay at Channers if visiting Norfolk Island.

Positive: Kerri-Ann and Steve were exceptionally welcoming hosts. They were always happy to help with whatever we needed and were particularly caring and thoughtful when it came to my elderly mum. The apartment was clean and spacious with every imaginable amenity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending Channers to others.

Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Positive: I would highly recommend Channers on Norfolk. The location was near the town, although basically everything is. Channers was also near a number of great restaurants, such as Hilli's and Bailey's. The set up was really comfortable, with there being everything you needed, and the hosts were truly lovely.

Negative: I really could not find anything to dislike.

Positive: Very centrally located to be able to walk to shops or restaurants/cafe's, car provided as part of package for day trips. The best ever week away to unwind and relax. Would definitely return and highly recommend to friends and family
